This is a meal, not dessert. I usually had this in the late afternoon, replacing my dinner. But it is not something that I eat everyday or even once a week, as I prefer savoury food.
Ingredients for the smoothies:
- frozen strawberry
- frozen banana (fresh banana, peeled, cut in 3-4, put in an air-tight container, freeze)
- camu powder (optional)
- water if needed
Toppings:
- fresh kiwi
- strawberry
- chia seeds
- hemp hearts
- almond
- pepita (pumpkin seed)
