Ingredients:
- 5 romaine lettuce leaves
- 5 kale leaves
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup ripe mango
- fresh ginger
- lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
Blend together in a high speed blender, add some water if needed.
