Jin Hua Sliced Fish Bee Hoon

One of the best food center in Singapore, Maxwell Food Center. This food center is not too far from the China Town. Both tourists and locals come here to have some meals. People said  the one with long queue must be the good one, Jin Hua sliced fish bee hoon is one of them. I am not a fan of fish soup, but this dish is good. They served the Bee Hoon (rice noodles) with sliced of fish fillets and it's not fishy. 

white carrot cake

My first time every trying carrot cake, I decided to have the white one. It's not a sweet cake that known in most of western countries, it's actually a stir-fried radish cake (daikon) with egg. It was super yummy, I also tried the black carrot cake but the white one is my favorite. Lastly the popiah, I don't know if I came to a wrong place but it was way too sweet, I didn't like it.
