Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 cup spinach (horenso), chopped
- 1 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1-2 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
Directions:
- On a pan add saute the onion and garlic with olive oil
- Add the green onion, and rice
- Pour the water, cook the rice with the lid on
- Add the dill, spinach, salt and pepper
- Cook for few more minutes
