Ingredients:
1 package udon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green onion, sliced
3 bird eye's chili
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 and half tbsp peanut butter, you can use cashew or almond butter
2 tbsp tamari (or to taste), it can be replaced with soy sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
chopped cilantro
chopped cilantro
Directions:
Mix the tamari, peanut butter, and water. Saute the garlic and white part of the green onion with olive oil, add the udon noodles and tamari mixture. Stir well, add the chili and cilantro
