Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice cakes
- 1 clove garlic, puree
- 3 tbsp or to taste gochujang (korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp anchovy stock or you can use dashi
- 2 pieces kelp
- 2 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sugar or to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Korean soy sauce to taste
- 1 cup water
- roasted sesame seeds
Directions:
Put water in a pot, add the garlic, kelp, and anchovy stock. Once boiling, add gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, and the rice cake. Cook until thicken, add the green onion, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
