Ingredients:
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt or to taste
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast with warm water. Mix all the ingredients, until form a dough. Knead for about 15 minutes. Coat your dough with some olive oil. Rest the dough for 2 hours in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
