- 1 cup gluten-free pasta, I used brown rice spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup vegan cream (click the link for the recipe)
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Saute the garlic with olive oil. Add the mushroom. Once the mushroom release its moisture, add the vegan cream, oregano, salt and pepper, then the pasta. Add some pasta water if needed.
