- 1 medium egg
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
- 3 tbsp gluten free flour, you can use buckwheat or cassava flour
- 2 tbsp cacao powder or carob
- 3 tbsp preferred liquid sweetener, you can use honey, agave, or coconut nectar
- 3 tbsp almond milk or milk
- few drops of vanilla extract
- a pinch of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Directions:
In a mug combine all ingredients, mix well. Microwave for 1 minutes (15 secs additional if needed). Enjoy!
Feel free to modify the ingredients, if you don't have gluten free flour use all purpose flour. Last time I made melted dark chocolate instead of cacao powder. You can also substitute the almond milk with regular milk if you don't have it.
