Ingredients:
- 4 Japanese curry block
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp grated apple
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp curry powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil
- water as needed or see the package
- soy sauce to taste
Additional:
- potatoes, cubed
- carrot, sliced
Directions:
On a pan, heat the oil, and saute the onion until translucent. If you use potato and carrot, you can add them followed by water, and cook until tender. Next you can add the curry block, ketchup, grated apple, soy sauce, and the curry powder. Cook until it's thicken, adjust the amount of every ingredients until suit to your taste.
If want to make the beef one, use a good quality of beef steak and brown it on another pan
