Ingredients:
- 1 package soft tofu
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp dashi stock or 3 anchovies
- 2 pieces kelp
- 2 tbsp gochujang (korean red pepper paste) or more
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup kimchi juice
- 2 cups water
- soy sauce to taste
- green onion, sliced
- mushroom (optional)
Directions:
In a hot pot boil the water with garlic, kelp, and dashi. Add the gochujang, tofu, and the rest of the ingredients except the egg. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, add the egg.

Easy recipe, Name of the recipe is really difficult for me. I don't know how you give a name to it because it i don't be aware from the assignmentmasters and also try it for check the taste. Before start to check the taste you have to implement ingredients for the dish.
