Ingredients:
- 1 cup dry penne (or any short pasta)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (check out the recipe, here)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated mimolette cheese or parmesan
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook the pasta following the instruction on the packaging in salted water
- Combine the cooked pasta, butter, marinara sauce, grated cheese, salt and pepper
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C
- Add the mozzarella on top, and put in the oven again for 5 more minutes just until the cheese melted
- Serve with garlic bread
