Cheesy Baked Penne Pasta with Marinara Sauce




Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dry penne (or any short pasta)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (check out the recipe, here)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated mimolette cheese or parmesan
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Cook the pasta following the instruction on the packaging in salted water
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, butter, marinara sauce, grated cheese, salt and pepper
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C
  4. Add the mozzarella on top, and put in the oven again for 5 more minutes just until the cheese melted
  5. Serve with garlic bread
