It was last Tuesday, Publik Markette opened their kitchen for media and invitation only guests. This is currently the newest from Ismaya Group, which offers different experience in dining out. First impression about this place with its ambiance, I feel like it's another Kitchenette. The idea of this place is you need to see what you want to order from the food gallery.
The food gallery open twice a day, lunch time from 11.30 am to 02.30 pm and dinner from 06.30 pm to 9.30 pm. They also have special a'la carte menu in case you miss the food gallery hours. So what's the food gallery's menu? It's always different for everyday but you can always find the main ingredients such as chicken, beef, and pork.
For me it's interesting as our visuals pretty much affect to what were're going to eat
