Ingredients
- 4 Apples (royal gala or granny smith)
- 50 gr granulated sugar / brown sugar or to taste
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
- a handful of raisins
For the crumble, you'll need:
- 100 gr cold butter
- 150 gr pastry flour (tepung rendah protein)
- 100 gr brown sugar or to taste
- 1 cup rolled oats
- a pinch of salt
Directions:
- Peel and cut the apples into your preferable size
- Mix the apples with sugar, flour, cinnamon, lemon juice, salt, and raisins
- For the crumble, combine all the ingredients just until resemble crumbly mixture. You can use pastry cutter or a fork. Do not over mix
- Pour the apple mixture into a baking dish, top it with the crumble
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220C for about 30-40 minutes. Best to be served with vanilla ice cream
